can i pick up or have my order dropped off?

If you reside in Canada’s National Capital Region, a delivery of your art piece may be arranged at a pre-agreed time and location. Please indicate in the check out menu that you wish to have your order delivered. Personal deliveries to home addresses are not available, nor are pick-ups.

When will MY order BE SHIPPED?

We aim to ship all products within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number with an estimated arrival date.

What if my purchase arives damaged?

Please report any damaged items to me within 2 days of delivery. While I am not responsible for any damages caused by the shipping carrier, I will try to work with you to find a solution. I do not accept returns or provide refunds for damaged art pieces.

CAN I COMMISSION A PIECE?

Of course! Commissions are available by request. I will work with you to find inspiration for your unique piece and provide you with a quote based on estimated time and material costs. Please fill out the Contact Us form to arrange a time to speak.
